Menology Entry for January 10:

Feast of Our Lady of the Guides of Constantinopolis observed January 10: I can find no information on this event; there are several observances of "Our Lady of the Guides," or of "Our Lady of Guidance," but nothing that relates to Constantinopolis; many accounts mistakenly conflate the Our Lady of Guidance of 1570 A.D. in the Islas Filipinas with this observance, but there is no rational connection between the two observances;

St. Nicanor, styled an Apostle of Cyprus, he was one of the first seven deacons, a man of admirable faith & virtue, after the murder of St. Stephen the Protomartyr, who was their chief, they dispersed abroad as missionaries among the Gentiles, Nicanor to the island of Cyprus, where he was most gloriously crowned with martyrdom in the persecution of Emperor Vespasianus, 76 A.D.; the Photianist-Caerularianist-Hesychast Cacodox observe the feast of St. Nicanor on Dec. 28, Julian Calendar, which currently coincides with Jan. 10, Gregorian Calendar;

Saints Thecla, & her cousin, & servant, Iustina or Justina, Virgins, it is said that both died on the same day, Jan. 10, 264 A.D. in their native Lentini in Sicily, Italy;
